We’re currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and knowledgeable Fitness Instructors to lead engaging group classes and help our members crush their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fun, safe, and effective fitness classes (HIIT, strength, cardio, functional, etc.)
- Deliver a motivating and high-energy experience every class
- Offer guidance and modifications to suit all fitness levels
- Prepare music, equipment, and routines in advance
- Create a positive, welcoming environment for all participants
- Arrive on time, maintain professionalism, and represent our brand with pride
Qualifications
- Certification in group fitness or personal training (NASM, ACE, AFAA, ISSA, etc.) — or actively working toward it
- CPR/AED certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
- Prior group fitness experience preferredÂ

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
