Snap Fitness Owatonna is seeking an energetic person to join our expanding team. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness; desire to motivate others, and a fun upbeat attitude. This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the ultimate fitness experience to every member, every time
- Meet, greet, and work the floor during scheduled hours
- Conduct gym tours of the facility and answer questions to leads
- Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness
- Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers.
- Help retain and attain new members through club promotion and customer service excellence.
- Help integrate new members within the first 30 days of joining.
- Ability to multi-task and provide exceptional customer service to the public with professional and effective communication skills.
Requirements:
- Must be available Mondays and Fridays, afternoon or evening hours, with some flexibility
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with clients from all walks of life
- Desire for longevity
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Applicant must be a fun and personable team player with a great sense of humor!
- Must be very coachable
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
