Job Description:

Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Assistant Club Manager to join our team. We have a strong team culture at our Zumbrota location and the right candidate will have a passion for fitness; desire to motivate others, and a fun upbeat/positive attitude. This is an part-time position and an opportunity for you to join one of the fastest growing and most exciting fitness franchise companies in the country!

Responsibilities:

Membership & Personal Training Sales - Responsible for achieving sales goals established by leadership team.
Service Excellence - Provide members with the best equipment, guidance, and value-added services to help them achieve results.
Member Engagement/Involvement - Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged.
Marketing Outreach - Organize events to build community awareness and drive new memberships.
Facility Excellence - Ensure that facility’s equipment and cleanliness/tidiness consistently meets our standards.

Requirements:

Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to work with clients from all walks of life, while maintaining a welcoming gym environment
Desire for longevity
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
Applicant must be a fun and personable team player, helping to build a cohesive team
Must be very coachable
Willing to collaborate and contribute wherever needed

Hours/Compensation:

9 hours per week to start (2 weekday evenings 4:30-7:30pm, 1 Saturday 10am-1pm) with potentially more days based on performance
$15/hour
Monthly commissions based on new memberships sold, personal training sold, member retention, and other KPIs
Annual bonus at the end of the year based on performance
