Job Description:
Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Assistant Club Manager to join our team. You’ll work weekday hours that are flexible and staggered to complement our existing Assistant Manager who covers afternoons and Saturdays. While you won’t supervise employees, you’ll be a key part of keeping our club running smoothly and ensuring our members have an outstanding experience every day.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist members, guests, and potential new members with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Help manage daily club operations including member sign-ups, billing questions, and light cleaning tasks
- Handle sales inquiries and tours with confidence and friendliness
- Use technology tools for scheduling, communication, and member management
- Make decisions confidently and keep things moving—no need to “ask permission” for every detail
- Support occasional marketing or outreach efforts to help grow our club’s community presence
What We’re Looking For
- Someone local to the Zumbrota or surrounding area who knows and enjoys small-town community life
- Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working around fitness and health-minded people
- Able to learn and navigate multiple technology systems (emails, apps, point-of-sale, etc.)
- Self-starter who can make sound decisions and solve problems on the fly
- Comfortable with light sales and promoting memberships
Hours/Compensation:
- 15 hours per week to start (5 weekday shifts, 3 hrs in length) with potentially more days based on performance
- $15/hour
- Monthly commissions based on new memberships sold, personal training sold, member retention, and other KPIs
- Annual bonus at the end of the year based on performance
