Job Description:

Snap Fitness is seeking a Kickboxing Instructor to join our team! The right candidate will have a passion for fitness, desire to motivate others, and a fun upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring that a safe and healthy environment exists for exercising
Arriving to teach class in advance of the scheduled time to greet participants, answer questions and address concerns
Dressing appropriately for teaching exercise classes
Continually monitor and assist participants to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises.
Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.
Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goal established by management team.
Teaching classes with energy and enthusiasm
Motivating class participants to the best of your ability
Reporting any equipment/facility problems to the management team
Begins and ends all classes on time
Ensures that class areas are clean and set according to procedures

Qualifications:

Instruction Certification from a nationally accredited organization (NESTA, ACE, ACSM, Cooper Fitness, NASM, NATA, NSCA, NPTI, ISSA) OR Relevant Experience in instruction
First Aid & CPR Certified OR ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment

Requirements

Strong communication skills
Desire for longevity
Previous sales experience is a plus
